Human610-quad Genotyping BeadChip

The Human610-quad BeadChip provides researchers with access to a powerful combination of genome-wide SNP and CNV markers in a high throughput four-sample format. More than 620,000 genetic variants are assayed per sample, at 4 samples per chip. The Human610-Quad provides comprehensive genomic coverage of SNPs and access to both known and novel CNV regions. Highly polymorphic CNV regions are specifically targeted, including segmental duplications and regions in the unSNPable genome. Illumina's SNP and CNV analysis solutions continue to deliver high call rates and reproducibility and provide low noise for precise copy number measurements.
