HumanExon510S-duo Genotyping BeadChip

The HumanExon510S-Duo BeadChip is a dual-sample genotyping microarray featuring over 510,000 markers to interrogate human genetic variation using single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and copy number variation (CNV) probes. The HumanExon510S-Duo BeadChip contains over 330,000 markers emphasizing gene-centric SNPs and non-synonymous (amino-acid changing) SNPs.
