HumanLinkage-12

The HumanLinkage-12 BeadChip contains 6090 SNPs for use in linkage studies. With the ability to analyze 12 samples on a single BeadChip, the Infinium HumanLinkage-12 panel dramatically reduces the cost per sample while providing superior call rates, information content, and genotyping accuracy. Additionally, the PCR-free Infinium Assay protocol increases the ease and speed of large sample applications inherent to linkage studies.
