iSelect Infinium Genotyping

iSelect Infinium is a multi-sample format BeadChip that offers the ability to perform medium to large-scale customized genotyping experiments ranging from 7,600 up to 60,800 loci, simultaneously analyzing up to 12 samples. The iSelect Genotyping BeadChip is Illumina's custom solution for fine-mapping applications for follow-up linkage, association, or Loss of Heterozygosity (LOH)/DNA copy number studies.
